In 1985, Robert and Judy Carlson started the Custom Crest line of products, which today has expanded to 7 product divisions, approximately 250,000 sq. ft. in production and office facilities, and more than 300 employees. The line includes mugs/glassware, foam beverage insulators, Amaco sewn products, stainless steel products, Igloo coolers, chocolates and candles.

With more than 70 years combined experience in printing, sales and marketing, they developed the groundwork for what has proven to be an extremely successful and efficient operation. Their daughter, Robin Breard, took over as President in 1996 and a comprehensive review of management and operations was initiated to ensure that Custom Crest could effectively manage it's growth and continue to provide the quality, service and delivery standards which it had become known for. It became clear that while pricing was an important element, the key to future growth was service combined with competitive pricing. Therefore, much emphasis has been placed on automation throughout our facilities. Order flow, art design, accounting, multi-color imprinting processes, assembly processes, internal quality control, and customer service as well as other aspects of our operation continue to be revised and updated to accommodate our customer's requirements.
